When Ryan and I planned to remarry again in the Philippines, he was so determined to shed some pounds. Unfortunately, there were a lot of things going on that we thought it is not going to happen. We were starting to lose hope especially when Ryan’s job was starting to get unstable, but God has always a way of letting us know that everything is going to be ok. Now, we have to start all over again with the dieting. We were doing really well then when we planned to renew our vows and now we have to start all over again. Before we get really serious, I need to check out fatburnersthatwork.com and see which far burners really work. Then it wouldn’t be that hard for us to start all over again.
Filipino Store
It's been a while since we last went to the Filipino store. There are a lot of things that I wanted to get, but I just do not have the time to go there. Ryan wanted to come with me and I waited for him and now he told me that Papa, Frankie and I can go. Papa just asked me if I wanted to go, and I told him no because I need to get ready soon for work. Then I realized that if we don't go today, there is no other time until probably next weekend which is not also sure. I better get ready I guess, so we could go to the store and if I don't have the time left anymore, they can just drop me off.

What We Want
Friday, September 17, 2010
Women are asking what is the best diet pill for women? Gone are the days when moms can relax after taking care of the house and sending the kids off to school and their dads to work. Moms these days are working and joggling home and work. It could be a little overwhelming but she is trying, and despite her busy schedule she is still overweight or unhappy with her weight. Some people said that women are so hard to pleased, all I can say is we know what we want.

Muscles
Are you looking for the perfect muscle builder? If you type muscle builder in any search engine right now, you will get a lot of websites promoting their so called muscle builder. Unfortunately, it would be so hard to know if their muscle builder really works unless you try it yourself. I think it is so sexy to see men with muscles. Of course, the rest of the body should be with muscles too or one would look ridiculous. Can you imagine a guy so overweight with big muscles on his arms? I don’t think that would look right.

I Snapped
I have very little faith to myself even if I have proven myself so many times that I could do it. Last night, I felt like I just had enough of everything and I snapped. I cried and cried and Ryan was frantic how to calm me down. I have so much to do for my major. I needed to write a paper due in two weeks, another homework due next week and two observation that will also be due on Thursday. I have a major test in Math and Spanish is also very overwhelming. Sometimes I do not know what to do first. How did I get into this mess?
I can surely tell you it wasn't my idea to take Spanish because I know I could take care of that later. Ryan really wants me to take Spanish because he wants us to take it together in spring. I resented the idea because I have a lot of classes that I should taking care of, but no he won't listen. So now I am having a hard time especially memorizing stuff in Spanish. I tried myself to start liking it, so I could find a way to like it. Instead, the more I try the more I hated it and resented the fact that I was forced to take it for some stupid reasons. Plus, I just do not have the time of the day. Unfortunately, I could not drop this anymore because it will affect my scholarship/financial aid. It wouldn't be that bad if we do not have an oral exam at the end of the semester. I am sure I will screw that up big time. On top of all, I still got to work. Although, I have not neglected my department but nobody has fill it in since the last full day I was there. I am glad I get to do that today. Life! but I am not giving up.

Losing Weight
To women out there, what is the best way to lose weight? I wish I had a straight forward answer. I too have been battling with my weight since I gave birth to Frankie. It is always fluctuating going up and down but never stayed down. There are a lot of reasons one could be overweight including me. My obvious reason is the lack of exercise. I planned so many times to go to the gym, but the time simply does not permit. I do not eat healthy either. My dad makes scrumptious Filipino meals that I missed so much, and I just couldn't say no to them. It could be stress too from day to day activities like unnecessary worries in life. I wish there was an easier way to lose weight.

Thank You Cards
It was such an overwhelming feeling to be surrounded by the people you love in the hospital anxious to see little Frankie. Although, my delivery was not what I expected to be or planned to have, but the people who visited us showed that they care and made the transition a lot easier. When I got home from the hospital, I made sure to send out baby thank you cards to our relatives and friend for their prayers and support. I also made sure to send my mother, my sisters, and my brothers one each as a keepsake. I was sure that they won't be able to see Frankie until he will be bigger. It is amazing how time flies. Frankie is now in pre-school and I still peek on that same card I sent out every once in a while.

Sunday Off
Thursday, September 16, 2010
I don't know what happened but I got the Sunday off, but I don't have any day off during the week which is ok. I will be closing two nights next week though which is alright. I think I like closing better these days because I get to come home after school to eat my lunch with Frankie and Papa. I also get to take a nap before going to work. The only issue I have is I will be so up when I get home from work, and I will be so tired the next day if I have to wake up early. It was a nightmare last night because I couldn't sleep. I wanted to do some assignments, but I was so tired to do that but too up to go to bed. Hopefully, it will get better next week since I will be observing on Tuesday and I would hate to be really tired like today. I hope Ryan and I could study a little bit for Sunday. I have a test in Math, and I do not think I am ready for that. Although I am getting it little by little but sometimes it is just too much to digest.

Printer
Monday, September 13, 2010
I am happy that Ryan decided that he will ditched the old printer as soon as we get a new one. Every month, we needed to buy ink for it. Ryan uses a lot of paper for his second job, and there are times that I also need to print. Both of us combined, we use a lot of ink for our printer. What we really needed and wanted is a laser printer to minimize the use of ink and can give us tons of print outs. We are in the process of looking for one. I just hope that it would not be too expensive. This Xerox Phaser™ 108R00723 looks very promising. It is not too big or too expensive with possibly 3,400 pages with its ink. This would be really great.

Postcards
When I first got here in the US, I used to see businesses popping like mushrooms especially in the malls. Unfortunately, all I see these days are store closed everywhere and in malls. It makes me wonder what happen. Why did it not work out? Did it not work out because of the economy, and there was clientele? Probably, not all people knew that the store/business even existed. It could be because of poor marketing? Whatever be the case, make sure that your business is known to everybody by sending them direct mail postcards straight to their homes. Plus, you can get them in bulk at a very affordable price. It could be glossy, colored, or whatever you have in mind. Do not waste what you have invested, but instead let others know about it.

Work
I was only at work for 1 full day last week. Monday was a holiday, so I got the off. I am supposed to work for Tuesday, but it was Frankie's first day of school, so I gave my hours away. Then I worked overnight Wednesday night unto Thursday and I wasn't back until Friday then I am off last weekend. I haven't really been into my department. Today, my supervisor asked me if I could work overnight. I really can't say no to her because she has given me a lot of favors already. We are going to be setting the St. Nick set for Christmas and this is my first time. I am actually a little excited for it. I have always admired the set when its done, and it will be really neat to be the person behind all of it. Now, I have to see what I can bring for tonight. I will probably just get something.

Health Care Jobs
Saturday, September 11, 2010
The store that I am working today is currently hiring for the holiday season. I can’t believe that it is that time of the year again. It was a little busy last year during the holiday season, and I think it will be a lot busier this year since the store is a little established unlike last year. We are only open for two years and our clients are getting more and more.
It made me sad to see how many people applied at the store. We are only looking for part-time workers with a few hours a week. It only shows that the economy is still bad especially to those who don’t have that much to offer. It wouldn’t be that bad if they have any health care background because there are a lot of health care jobs available. I really hope the economy gets better, so things will get better too.

Are You Insured?
Thursday, September 2, 2010
Term life insurance, such a simple phrase, but it could mean the future of your family. I remember our neighbor who was so arrogant to admit that unexpected things might happen. He ended up having a car accident leaving his wife and children with his debt and the funeral cost. I can’t even begin to explain how important it is to have a life insurance. It is a must have if you have a family that depends on you and a family that you love. In fact, it has never been so easy these days to acquire for one because by going to wholesaleinsurance.net, you will be on your way of acquiring that life insurance that your family deserve.

Old Neighbors

I am so happy that Marife finally uploaded the pictures she took when we were in the Philippines. It wasn't that much, but I am glad I have some. We visited some of our old neighbors. Some of them were so shocked to see how big I have become. Well, literally too. I used to be very skinny when I left Lawaan and was only in high school. Now, I have my own family and literally bigger than what they remembered. I miss the Philippines again. Unfortunately, there are just a lot things that changed.

Camcorder
When Papa did a project at Jenny’s house, he was very excited that he will be able to save his money to buy a new camcorder. Ryan and I have one at home and that was what he used when we visited the Philippines early this year. Ours is a little outdated because to be able to transfer the video, he has to use a VHS tape. We could have gotten the DVD camcorder, so it would be easier to transfer since most people these days have DVDs at home instead of the VHS. I think he already found what he likes, and it is just a matter of saving up for it. I will probably help chip in for that. It would be really helpful for him once he goes back home and resume his photography business.

Jacuzzi
I remember I used to get confused when Ryan calls our hot tub outside a Jacuzzi before we got rid of it. Seriously, I thought they are two different things. When we were trying to remodel our big bathroom, Ryan and I were trying to decide whether to get a Jacuzzi for the bathroom or just go with the regular tub. There was a big gap on the cost of one of those jacuzzi tubs, but it was well worth it. We thought we are doing an upgrade anyways, so why not truly upgrade it? Besides, we have given away the Jacuzzi we have outside, so it was perfect to have one inside the house.

In School
I have been in school since 1:00 p.m. and I don't have my class until 7:00. I had to meet up with another classmate and plan something together. It didn't take so long, so I ended up coming down to the library to read, write an essay for my ed. class, and updating my blogs. It is only 4:00 p.m. and I don't know what to say anymore. I will probably get something to eat for dinner in the cafeteria, print my essay, and write my homework for Spanish. I left the Math book because we won't be meeting until Wednesday next week and I could practice that next week.
I am just thankful that the library here has internet access now. For some strange reasons, I have to take the netbook to the atrium before to get access because I have Windows 7. I am glad I don't have to deal with that now. I have been really good with trying to write my assignments and my paid blogging during my lunches and breaks at work. It doesn't have internet access though which is ok then when I get home, I can easily send it. I am trying to get zero to write with my paid blogging, so I could concentrate more with the books.
