Pond

Ryan and I are planning to sell our hot tub in the backyard and that include the gazebo of course. We already have a buyer, but I am not sure if it is going to push through. I really do not care regardless. We have not used it ever since we bought this house, and I want to get rid of it, so we could have a little space in the backyard. Ryan likes a pool better than a hot tub anyway. Hopefully in the future, we can find a place with a bigger backyard. It would be awesome to have a little pond with a little bridge in it and pond fountains or fountain in the center. My friend used to have one, and they use the pond as a skating rink during winter. I think it would be really neat.

Must Have Insurance

I had a very interesting chat with another fellow at work during our break. We happened to be talking about insurance, and what insurance that he thinks that is useful and useless. He was telling me that there are some unnecessary insurance, and I told him that term life insurance is very necessary. It is even easier now because everyone can now shop around for affordable quotes before buying any term life insurance. If there is some useless insurance out there, I am sure it not life insurance. I believe it is a must have.

Too Cold

Papa has layers and layers of covers over him before he goes to bed. He also wears two socks on and he still feels cold. I have been waiting for the electric blanket to go on sale or cheaper, so I could get papa one, and he doesn’t have to put layers and layers of blanket, clothes and socks. The house is set into a fair temperature, but he is so used to have the hot weather that he easily gets cold. He complains to me how he kept waking up when it is so cold, so he really needs an electric blanket where he could adjust it to the right temperature that favors him.

Irritated

I was a little irritated when I went to work today. I had two other people to help me with my set, but since not everything are out in the floor I ended up doing it. The person that was supposed to be working in the department were pulled all over the place so she ended not doing anything in my department. I left last Monday and when I came today it looked the same. I knew that the person doesn't want to be in my department because it is boring. I really could care less because if they say that they don't like it there, I can always request for someone that works. They looked for a job and now that they have one; they are very lazy. Some of them didn't want to do anything. I wonder what excuse will I be getting.

Toilet

Frankie has been really good with going to the bathroom when he needs to if I am home. Unfortunately, when I am not home, he doesn’t tell my dad and still go potty in his diaper. He even banged the toilet seat too hard that the white paint is starting to come off. Ryan said we might get a new toilet one of these days. There are some nice styles of Toto toilets that I found online. I don’t like the chipped paint like that there because I am afraid that Frankie will start peeling them off. We have so much stuff to do with very little time.

Compare

Ryan went online yesterday and read reviews about my one teacher who was giving all of us in his class a hard time. I didn’t know that there such place existed that you could read reviews from other people about your teacher. I really find that very helpful because if I have another choice then I wouldn’t take that teacher that a lot of people are saying bad things about. Why would I waste my time and money with him when he is not worth it? The same way seeking help with youthology reviews for certain products you want to use. It doesn’t only cut your search time in half, but you also could compare and get the ones that you think will fit you best.

Feeling Under The Weather

My father came up to me early this morning telling me that he had been having headaches every afternoon. That is really weird because I have never heard of that before. I wonder if he is eating on time. He works out everyday, and I know he skips his meals every once in a while. He is just like me when I am tired or not motivated, I don’t eat at all. I know it is not healthy. I asked him if he wants to see the doctor, but he declines every time. He kept telling me that he is ok and doesn’t need anything. He doesn’t want to be a hassle to anybody which I understand. He is so happy though that he is losing weight here because he can work-out every single day. I guess he doesn’t need the hgh supplements then. Hopefully, he will feel a lot better soon.

So Sweet

There is no occasion in a year that we won't get anything from grandpa and grandma Neis. They also send us cards and now that we have Frankie, they address it to him. I always let Frankie open the card himself and he keeps them. Last Valentines he got a card with a little boy in it in his rider outfit, and he kept telling me that it was bob the builder. He showed it to his Dada when he got off work. Although I have not talk to grandma much because of how busy I am but I am glad that every time I needed someone to talk to she is always there. Hopefully, we can visit them again. They might be so far but they are indeed worth it. I am just glad that Frankie will always remember spending a little time with them.

Projects

When we come back from the Philippines, I want to do a lot of things in the living room. Now that I am not saving my blogging money for Ging-ging’s tuition, I can finally save it to buy a new roller blinds to replace the old one we have. I intend to save to buy a brand new couch too. Ryan thinks it is a bad idea because he was afraid that Frankie might destroy it. Frankie should know better by then. I hope there no expenses for the Philippines anymore, so I could do some projects around the house.

Relief

Every month, Papa and I had to go to Bradley which is about 45 minutes away from here to send money to the Filipino store/restaurant. It is quiet a long drive, and I have been trying to tell Papa to get started with his driving test, so he can take over soon if needed. My back would hurt sometimes after such a long drive. I usually ask Dada to rub some joint pain relief on my back after a long day of driving. I am just glad that I only need to do that once a month and not every week, or I would never be able to handle it.

I Can't Wait To Relax

I feel like a zombie right now not getting enough rest. My schedule is worst than when I just gave birth to Frankie. I get more sleep then than now. I can even see deark circles under eyes now. When I go on my vacation, I promised myself that I will sleep and relax while I am there. I can’t wait for March. I wish it was already March tomorrow, so I could bid this place goodbye and I can finally have time for myself. I will miss Dada but not how cold it is here. I will eat a lot of food too. I am so excited.

Brother

I was so surprised to see my brother gaining a little weight from the last time I have seen him a few years ago. He lost some weight because he used to bike all the time and when he moved schools, he stopped biking and gained the weight back. I can’t wait to see him again. I hope he doesn’t need a conjugated linoleic acid to help balance his weight. I heard that he walks everyday to work now, so it is better for him and a good early morning exercise.

Moving Stuff Around

Papa has a TV and a TV stand in his room and today I decided to take it to Frankie's room. It is not using it and he always use the one in the living room. Frankie is having a ball because he is switching the movies and cartoons. It is also better because I can do on my assignments while he is quietly watching Bob the Builder and other movies. He goes over the gate now so it doesn't work anymore. When Dada is up, he usually is with Frankie but he gets to bed early so he is here with me all the time. I better start wrapping this so we all can go to bed.

Quick Solution

When I first got here in the US, I only weigh 99 lbs. I was so skinny that you can actually see my bones sticking out on my shoulders. I actually missed that so much. I have gained thirty pounds after three months of getting here, and it got worst after I gave birth to Frankie. I think I have 145 lbs. now. I have bought some clothes and sent some back home because it doesn’t fit me anymore. Don’t you think it would be awesome if we can find a quick weight loss solution to help us lose the weight? I would like to use that.

Another Job

I have a lot of co-workers who have been complaining to me about their hours. I wish there is something I could do. The advice that I always tell them is to look for another job if they are only getting a few hours from where we are right now. Looking for a job is really tough right now with the amount of people that are currently jobless. Maybe getting an energy auditor certification would help too especially this time of the year. I would settle for any job these days to be able to help out.

Cold

When it is very cold outside, I don't feel like doing anything or even going anywhere else. I just want to laze around, sleep and snuggle with my little Frankie. The thought of bundling up is what I hated the most. Layers and layers of clothes, then the coat, the socks and then boots. Ohh and how can I forget the gloves too. It wouldn't be bad if you have a car already warm too but nope. Although, we have it in the garage but still it is cold when I get in. I am not sure what am I going to do tomorrow. Ate Jenny might be coming to the house tomorrow to drop off something. I haven't seen the girls because of our bad schedule plus Sheila is also busy packing because they are moving. I'll see them again soon.

Closing Establishments

I went to the mall before our holiday party at work last week to have my eyebrows done. I used to go to Orland Square Mall, but I don’t like how many people are in there. Parking and getting out of the parking lot sometimes is a pain. I usually go to the closest mall we have which my husband always call dead mall. It is literally a dead mall. I couldn’t believe how much stores are closing and closed from the very first time I set foot on that place. I hope they had a key man insurance. This is a special kind of insurance for businesses to protect whoever is essential for the survival of the business.
