Throwing Things Away
Our living room is getting empty lately. You see the matching lamps on each side of the couch? Ryan had to throw it away last week because it is not safe anymore. When we were moving stuff in there last week he saw a cut by the end of the lamp like the skin has peeled off and you know dangerous it is to rub together and also in other areas. Although we only bought it for $20.00 each from a friend but we have to let it go because it can spark and cause a fire. Ryan said because it is so old that the skin is starting to peel off. So with that we have to take the side tables too because there is nothing on it anymore. We also took the center table because Frankie loves to be on it. They are all in the utility room right now. So currently we don’t have a light in there but the light from the dining place.
We are also getting rid of the white bookcase hu..hu..hu. Well Ryan kept telling me that it doesn’t match with anything. I really liked it but Frankie has been moving it all over the place. It is so easy for him to move it because the floor is wood and shiny. Dad suggested about getting a stopper for it but we are afraid that he will push it forward because he so used to moving it around. So we asked Sheila if she wants it and if not we will put it outside. We are sure someone will pick it up because it is quite nice. We got it for free from Target. It was supposed to be a display and our manager was getting ready to throw it away and when he saw Ryan and he knows that we were moving to our new house he asked him if he wanted it. Ryan didn’t say yes yet because he had to ask me first and to make the long story short, we ended up taking it home with us and soon it will be bye bye for good. I guess less things to bring when we move again.
