Merydith's Place

We are going to have a certification and assessment this Tuesday to see if we are doing everything right. It has been a month since the store is fully operational and people from corporate are coming to check on every aspect of the store. I hate assessments and I am a little nervous. I know exactly what I am doing but the only thing that I can think of when I think of assessment is they will be following me around asking me questions. Last Saturday I talked to Dan my supervisor and he assured me that it is more of him on how he manages the team and if we are following everything right. It was a relief I must say in fact he made me feel even better. He showed me something that made me have a smile on my face until I left the store. He said of all of us (11) I am the fastest and the most accurate associate in the ad set team. Every time we do something with the RF gun everything is recorded through the computer so if we have an error it shows. I told him that maybe he was just saying it to make me feel better but he told me that the paper that he showed me explains everything. It was nice to know.

Anyways, another lady from our team bade goodbye to me last week. She said she couldn’t keep up with us anymore and she is pulling us behind. I really liked her and she always kisses me when she sees me. She requested to be transferred in the other parts of the store or maybe during the day and if they couldn’t give it to her she will quit. I really hate to see her leave but at least she knows what she is capable to.
